Complete Packaged Solutions
Celus Business Packages are essentially small business opportunities that have been carefully sourced, tested and compiled by the Celus Team. The packages are a combination of "business components" and viable business ideas. Business components are features that have been put together by the entrepreneurs and businessmen on the Celus team. Examples of these features are databases, accounts, and break-even analysis. The process begins by first searching for a viable business idea and then testing it. We then find suppliers for the idea and test them. The final stage is for the business package to be tested with real clients and operated to gain real profits. Information is gathered about the ROI, marketability, and excellence of each company.
Research into the Market:
At present there is limited data on the increase of home businesses in the UK, but we have used American sources and data as a way to estimate UK demand. In America, in the 1980s, the census found that there were 2.2 million people working from home. In 1997 the Bureau of Labour Statistics' current population survey found that there were 7.7 million people working from home and 4.1 million of who were working on home based businesses. In 1998 15.7 million employees worked from home according to Cyber Dialogue the New York based market research firm. In the US home based business opportunities are increasing and in the US s a well-known and exercised concept.
This research echoes the views of many prominent businessmen and entrepreneurs. The Internet has provided a medium in which home-based businesses can thrive and operate efficiently. The number of home based business schemes available on the Internet are growing, however many are of an inferior quality and not well tested. There are already shifts in demand towards more professional business ideas and services. Celus is best placed for this evolution.

Links: You will be provided with a business list of websites that you can join and browse to promote the awareness of your company and make it more viable.
Market Research: As we have tested the marketability of our companies, and we have done some market research, however in most cases this is not extensive, but it will give you an idea of your market.
Designs: We have over the years built up a large design portfolio, and this can be used for you to customize your website and database or for you to create promotions for your company. We know that not everyone is the same computer standard so we are here to make it easier.
Help: Many of you who view this site may not be too familiar with the computer, you may not know what a database is, but you still may be very keen in owning a business. We as always are here to lay the foundations. We have business installation software with instructions to teach you how to use it. We are also available for online for more support.

Celus Support:
Running a company can be a daunting task, which is why we have provided support with every company through all four of our support mediums. These mediums include; email, phone, fax and telephone. You will in all cases be communicating with Celus team members who have had experience with all the companies. The four mediums and the support code are described below.
Support Code:
When you purchase a company you are given a support code. You will need to quote this code in various forms to access our support through its different mediums. This is simply a security measure to make sure you get the best value out of your support purchase, without it we may not be able to identify you and may refuse you support. Please keep this code secret and do not share it with others. If you lose you Celus support number a new one will be issued and the old one will be deleted off our systems.
Email:
This is one of our fastest support mediums. Email is fast and inexpensive and so the resources we allocate to it go a long way. We have several Celus members who are dedicated to email response, so when you send an email you can get a timely reply. Simply enter in you Celus support code along with you question in the subject section. Then write out your problem or query in the message box. Once you have sent it we will respond as soon as possible. The response is also not restricted to email if necessary we can send information in writing or give you a phone call.
Telephone:
This is a fairly popular support medium as it has the personal touch. However there are restrictions that need to be realized by users. The main problem is that it is quite a hard medium to maintain, one on one support of this kind has to be under-taken by Celus business professionals. We want to give you the assurance that when you call up you will be talking to someone who knows what he or she is talking about. We can only do this by letting you talk to us directly. We cannot tie down the members of our team and we cannot operate a call center system, so the calls will be answered as and when a Celus team member is available.
Letter:
This is the slowest support medium but at times can be the most effective. Support letters are in many cases responded to more effectively because we have had the time to fully assess the problem. We can also respond to you in any medium that you desire whether it is fax, email, phone or letter.
Details on forthcoming Celus schemes and initiatives:
Celus Professional: The creation of companies aimed at specific well-established professions. An Example of a Celus Professional company is Seamstress that is built on detailed information given to Celus team members by a 60-year-old skilled seamstress. Celus Professional is the provision of companies that are based on actual professions that exist today. The infrastructure has been scaled down and fact sheets and samples have been added to the package.
Celus Auction: Companies with special potential are upgraded to the Limited Edition package and as a result can only be auctioned off and bought by one customer. The Celus Auction scheme works like any other auction except the bidding is on companies.
Celus Optimise:
We believe that Celus Optimise is the next advancement in our revolutionary business process. We are ever committed to the achievement of first-class business service and efficiency across all operations. Business Mission:
The key aims of the business
Do not underestimate how important the business mission statement is in keeping you on course. If you have a clear and tight business mission on where you want to go and what you want to do you are more likely to be successful.
Unique Selling Point:
What makes you different form the competition, why should clients buy from you than your competitors?
Competition is a two-edge sword, on the one hand it implies that your product is already in demand and on the other hand it implies that you have to work hard to promote your company and get recognized.
Talk to friends and family, analyze trends and review the business papers, you can then clearly identify your market and then seek ways to differentiate. Beware of competing on price, as if you lower your price your competitors will do so as well resulting in lower profits overall. However it is still important to get the pricing of you good correct. You need to clearly identify what people will pay for your product and what your competitors are charging, the latter being more important as you will soon find out if you pricing is off by changes in demand. In some cases negotiations are required, in these situations you need to be sharp, suggest pricing ideas, but overall leave it open, if you do need to suggest a price say it with some flexibility for change e.g., “I think that one car is around 50 pounds but that is just a rough estimate and it only the view of one supplier we are waiting to see that the other says, of course the more you buy the cheaper it gets.” With that sort of statement you can judge the initial opinion of the clients and then react accordingly.
