William Dixon
William is an experienced manager and entrepreneur, with a background in economics. Educated to degree level, his entrepreneurial and business experience began as a young professional when he created Backwards Induction Limited; a platform for visionary business solutions. Backwards Induction is the holding company for Pro-Am Soccer and the owner of the i-ballz brand. After Backwards Induction, William went on to gain further managerial experience with CTDI Ltd. Responsible for significantly raising the performance of repair vendors and ensuring the highest possible service levels were delivered. This was achieved through building strong relationships with Account Managers and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving. William has consistently achieved success through his highly competitive nature and focused mentality.

Jonathan Fianu
Jonathan has extensive experience marketing companies in a range of multicultural and international environments. He is an experienced entrepreneur with extensive business knowledge in the areas of sales, finance, administration, design, information technology and innovation. Jonathan also owns TFEmpire Limited and plays a non-executive role monitoring the diverse range of subsidiaries. Jonathon was educated at York University where he gained a BSc in Economics, Econometrics and Finance. He combines business strategy with his creative flair to deliver exceptional results.

Peter Faleskini
Peter boasts extensive entrepreneurial experience and impressively, is able to communicate in seven separate languages. Born in Slovenia, Peter is extremely well connected within the Central European, Eastern European and Russian business circles. Drawing on his personal business experience and formal education, in Business Administration, Peter began working as a business consultant some seven years ago. Such is his love for the job; Peter still makes time to take on consultancy projects on top of his mandatory executive tasks.

Gary Daly
Gary’s successful career in the electronics industry culminated with his role as Project Manager for Filtronic Comtex PLC. Gary successfully project managed Filtronic’s eighteen-month project to find a low cost manufacturing facility in Eastern Europe. Gary identified Hungary as the most suitable location due to its abundance of low cost and well skilled labour and due to the low property prices. Having established the company (Kft) in Hungary. Gary then charge of sourcing all external services for new site. This involved from setting up lawyers, hiring personnel to buying cars and renting houses for relocating staff. Key was building up local relationships with authorities and using British and Hungarian departments/Embassies.
